I had booked a flight through budget air in August this year which I had to cancel because my other flight to the destination was cancelled. I don’t mean to just whinge and right a negative review here, I would like to warn others not to use this travel agent, it’s not just inefficient like you may have read in past reviews but it’s also fake. I booked via BudgetAir for a Ryanair flight to Malaga. Ryanair cancelled the flight and offered a full refund. This took a month to process and nothing ever arrived into my bank.

They ask you to pay extra to protect your flight, then airline change the flight offering full refund, but BudgetAir will have to have their cuts of it. Scamming people of £100s everyday.
